Ongoing Searches for Life Inmate's Escape in Paphos

The fugitive Dóros Theophánous, a life inmate, escaped during a visit to his parents in Paphos. The police are intensifying their search for him and have arrested several individuals believed to be accomplices. One of them, his 68-year-old father, is among those detained, while a 51-year-old father was released due to lack of evidence against him. The arrested individuals are set to appear in court on Saturday.
