Citizen Report of Possible Fugitive in Nicosia

A citizen in Nicosia spotted a person resembling the fugitive Doros Theofanous and alerted the police. Authorities were mobilized to locate the individual but found nothing. The Republic of Cyprus has informed the Turkish Cypriot side about the escape. Theofanous had escaped during a planned visit to relatives.
