Update on Cyprus Developments for the National Council

President Christodoulides will update the National Council on the results of his meeting with the UN Secretary-General and the Turkish Cypriot leader. This meeting took place in New York and aimed at restarting negotiations on the Cyprus issue. Although the desired announcement of the resumption could not be achieved, it is considered a positive step. Announcements from the EU regarding the Cyprus issue are expected in 2024.
