Issues with Patient Registrations and Communication with Doctors

A personal doctor reportedly registered a beneficiary in his list without her knowledge. The patient realized the change when she attempted to contact her doctor. The Patients' Observatory received 42 complaints, mainly regarding healthcare access and communication issues with doctors. There are also concerns about delays in compensation for patients traveling abroad.
