Arrival of First Flamingos at Larnaca Salt Lake

The first flamingos have arrived at the Larnaca salt lake, providing enchanting views for visitors. Recent rains helped attract these beautiful birds, marking the beginning of winter. These flamingos are the largest of the six species found worldwide and will stay in Cyprus until spring. They follow a nomadic path in search of suitable habitats.
