Incentives for Affordable Housing Development in Cyprus

The Cyprus Land Development Corporation is offering incentives for the development of affordable housing, but the response from developers has been low. Three companies have already partnered with the corporation, and 22 more are planning their building projects. The incentives include additional building coefficients that allow developers to create more units. Through this scheme, a two-bedroom apartment of 75 square meters is expected to be offered at an affordable price.
