1.25% Salary Increase for Public Sector Employees in 2025

Starting January 1, 2025, public sector salaries will increase by 1.25% due to the Automatic Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) related to the increase in the cost of living allowance. This percentage will change the allowance from 355.29% to 360.98% on basic salaries. The minimum salary will be set at €13,786. These increases will be valid for a period of twelve months.
