Issues in healthcare services: Complaints from patients

The Patients' Observatory recorded 40 complaints last month, primarily concerning the availability of medications and healthcare services. Two cases of patients being referred from private Emergency Departments to the public sector due to lack of staff or facilities highlight these issues. Additionally, there are reports of shortages in therapeutic supplies and rejections of requests for specialized medications. Most complaints come from older patients who require care at home.
