Increase in Rent and Housing Prices in Cyprus: A Comparative Analysis

Rental and housing prices in Cyprus have increased from 2010 to the third quarter of 2024, but this increase is among the lowest in Europe. Specifically, housing prices in Cyprus increased by only 0.6%. In comparison to other EU countries, Cyprus ranks near the bottom. In contrast, countries like Hungary and Estonia experienced significant increases of over 230%.
