Establishment of Kapodistrian University in Tarsis Arcade

The Kapodistrian University will operate in the Tarsis Arcade on Ledra Street. Two buildings, partially owned by the Archdiocese and the Municipality of Nicosia, will be used for the space's renovation. A €14 million loan is expected to be contracted for the buildings' restoration, including seismic upgrades. The procedures will move forward quickly to complete the setup.
