Significant Development Projects in Larnaca in the Coming Years

In Larnaca, 14 projects worth over €130 million are planned to improve the area despite challenges from the port and marina development. One of the key projects is the establishment of a Marine Sciences university. Additionally, the marina is set for an upgrade, with collaborations and competitions for project execution. These projects are expected to be completed within the next two years.
