Measures for Halloumi Production: Decree Extension and Disagreements over Goat Milk Quota

The government is taking measures to address seasonality in halloumi production without aiming to increase the production of goat's milk. The Monitoring Committee decided to extend the existing decree until the end of February. There is disagreement among goat farmers regarding the quota of goat's milk, which remains at 15% for February.
