Increase in Measles Cases in Europe and Cyprus

Measles is experiencing the highest number of cases in Europe in 25 years, according to the World Health Organization. In Cyprus, the disease is mostly spreading among children, with three hospitalized. Health authorities recommend vaccination to protect against the disease. Recent statistics indicate that over half of the cases required hospitalization.
