For four days, patients of the GeSY faced significant difficulties as service providers were unable to assist them. The issues stemmed from poorly managed software with specific restrictions on diabetes medications. Despite updates and attempts to resolve the problems, delays continued until Sunday. This situation is expected to be discussed on Thursday by the parliamentary Health Committee.
