Launch of the Platform for Renovating Homes for Rent

Starting April 9, the online platform will be launched for applications to the 'Renovate-Rent' scheme, which offers grants of €15,000 to €35,000 to property owners for renovating homes for affordable rent. Eligible renters will be determined based on income criteria and household composition. Applications will be reviewed by the Cyprus Land Development Corporation. Successful applicants will gain access to renovated units for rent.
