Fire in Limassol Complicated by Strong Winds

A fire broke out between the communities of Potamou and Vasa Koilaniou in the Limassol district. Strong winds are complicating the firefighting efforts, which involve both ground and aerial forces. The Fire Service has mobilized three fire engines and requested two air support units from Paphos. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation as strong winds are expected to persist until midnight.
