Police Initiative on Outstanding Traffic Camera Fines

The Police insist on creating a list of individuals with traffic camera fines and will present it to the Legal Service for clarification. The House Legal Committee has instructed the Police not to proceed with the photoradar list, stating it has no legal basis. However, the Police believe current legislation allows checks for outstanding issues during entry or exit from the Republic. The aim is to reduce outstanding fines and ensure that citizens receive their citations.
