Concern in Cyprus Over Russian False News

Nicosia is expressing serious concern about Russian fake news regarding the developments in the Israel-Iran war and the use of Bases in Cyprus. Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos highlighted Russia's attempts to involve Cyprus in the conflict, while Britain denied the Russian claims. The issue will be discussed at today's informal EU Foreign Affairs Council, initiated by Cyprus. The Cypriot government views this misinformation as extremely dangerous at this critical time.
