Release of Land for Schools and the Associated Issues

The government released land owned by a former MP and a former mayor for school construction, while one owner's land remained seized and unused since 1996. This owner reported the situation to the parliamentary Control Committee, noting that the release of other parcels was not adequately justified. There is also a tragic aspect involving the owner's family, as they had to take out a loan for their disabled child's treatment. The Control Committee deemed the management unacceptable and is considering legislative changes for better protection of owners selling property for public purposes.
