Flexible Work Arrangements for Public Employees

The government is introducing flexible working arrangements for public employees to assist working parents, caregivers, and individuals with health issues. Work hours will be reduced by 2 hours per day for eligible employees, and flexible hours will be extended. All services must install electronic systems to monitor arrival and departure times. While teleworking was not approved, a mixed teleworking option is being considered for certain days.
