Attorney General's Reservations on Bills to Modernize Legal Services

The Attorney General expresses reservations about the constitutionality of the bills approved by the Cabinet regarding the separation of powers. Although three constitutional law experts believe the bills are constitutional, final changes will be discussed in Parliament. The reforms aim to modernize and enhance transparency, to improve the effectiveness of legal services. Their implementation will only occur once positions become available from current leaders.
