Attempted Murder of a 49-Year-Old in Pyla

In Pyla, an attempted murder occurred against a 49-year-old shortly after midnight. The assailant, wearing a hood, shot twice at the man, who was injured in the leg. He was taken to Larnaca General Hospital, where he was found to have a penetrating wound in his right lower limb. Authorities are investigating the case and additional examinations will take place in the morning.
