Measles Transmission Chain Identified in Limassol

A new chain of measles transmission has been identified in Limassol, involving four children and one adult. One of the hospitalized children has been discharged, while three remain in hospitals. The adult who transmitted the disease was found through contact tracing. Measles is highly contagious and can cause serious complications. The MMR vaccine is the most effective prevention method.
