Alert for Extreme Temperatures in Cyprus

The Cyprus Meteorological Department has issued yellow and orange alerts for extreme temperatures from the evening of Monday, August 11, to Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Minimum temperatures are expected to be around 26 degrees Celsius, while maximums could reach 43 degrees inland. The weather will remain mostly clear, with possible local fog at night. Winds will generally be weak, and the sea will be calm to slightly choppy. Similar conditions with temperatures above seasonal averages are expected in the following days.
