Four-Year-Old Injured in Hotel Pool in Paphos

A four-year-old boy from Israel was seriously injured after falling into a hotel pool in Paphos. The family had just arrived for vacation and the mother was supervising him when he slipped away while she attended to his younger sibling. The boy was located at the bottom of the pool by another swimmer and was revived but did not regain consciousness. He was transferred to Makarios Hospital and subsequently needed airlifting to Israel for specialized care.
