The placement of social workers in schools is a longstanding request that is now becoming a reality. The Ministry of Education has announced that social workers will be positioned in schools with high levels of delinquency. This decision was announced by Minister Athina Michailidou for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This initiative aims to address serious issues within the school environment.
