The case involves the sale of shares in Taxan Properties Developers Ltd to settle a debt. The shareholders declared a false sale price, misleading the bank about the actual amount. The Authority emphasizes that there is sufficient evidence to support the charges against them. Sizopoulos participated in Taxan through one of his interest companies.
