Ministry of Innovation Disagrees with Audit Office on Electronic Identities

The Ministry of Innovation disagrees with the findings of the Audit Office regarding the direct assignment of the Electronic ID project. It states that it operated with full transparency and in compliance with legal requirements. It emphasizes that other economic entities could not participate due to regulatory constraints. The Ministry also points out that no other entity has managed to meet the necessary conditions for the implementation of the infrastructure. The negotiation process was decided by the competent Council regarding the funding of the electronic identities.
