Case of Rape and Theft in Limassol

A 21-year-old foreign national from India has been arrested for the rape and theft of a 32-year-old domestic worker from Nepal. The complaint was filed last week, leading to his immediate arrest by authorities. The suspect claims that the sexual encounter was consensual. The case has now been referred to the Limassol Criminal Court, with the 21-year-old remaining in custody until his trial begins. The woman reported that the suspect also took her bag, which contained 400 euros.
