Changes in Teacher Evaluation by the Ministry of Education

Certain points will be modified, but the overall philosophy of the new plan will not change. School principals will continue to participate in the evaluation process, with some adjustments. The weight of the principal's evaluation will decrease from 30% to 20%. These changes aim to improve the evaluation process without increasing costs.
