Travel from Cyprus abroad in August 2025 reached 238,740, showing a 23.9% increase compared to the previous year. The most popular destinations were Greece, the United Kingdom, Russia, and Italy. 91.6% of Cypriot travelers chose to travel for vacation, while only 6.7% traveled for business. This trend reflects the desire of Cypriots to enjoy their summer holidays abroad. Overall, August continues to be a popular month for travel.
