Assault on Mayor of Herdetke by Foster Daughter

In Germany, Mayor Iris Staltcher was found stabbed at her home with 13 knife wounds. The investigation revealed that the perpetrator was her 17-year-old foster daughter, who allegedly tortured her for hours in the basement. The attack included blows with heavy objects and burning her hair with a lighter. Despite serious injuries, Staltcher managed to escape and call for help.
