Competition for the Commercial Utilization of the Old GSP

In November, a competition will be announced for the commercial utilization of spaces at the old GSP, aiming to create a modern recreational area in Nicosia. The area will include restaurants and cafes, providing visitors with options for food and drinks. Additionally, a Citizen Service Center will be established, along with other potential uses, and the final layout will be completed by winning bidders. There is significant interest in collaborations and joint proposals. The Municipality aims to proceed quickly to avoid any delays in the project.
