New Student Residence Inaugurated in Nicosia with 50 Rooms

A new Student Residence was recently inaugurated in Nicosia with 50 rooms and facilities for people with disabilities. The municipality transformed a historic building to meet the needs of students. Rent prices range from €243 to €478, including all fixed expenses. Admission is based on income criteria. This initiative is part of a broader recovery and development plan for the area.
