Fire Breaks Out in the Koili and Stroumbi Area

A large fire has broken out in the agricultural area between Koili and Stroumbi in Paphos. The fire is spreading rapidly due to strong winds. Firefighting forces from various regions are responding, along with aircraft and helicopters for aerial firefighting. Ground access is difficult as the fire is occurring in a ravine. Authorities are on standby for a possible evacuation of the Koili and Stroumbi communities.
