Delay in Investigating Complaint About Racist Behavior in Cyprus

The Commissioner for Administration faced delays in investigating a complaint about racist behavior from an examiner at the Department of Road Transport. The complainant, a Pakistani national, claimed he was subjected to humiliating behavior during his driving test.
