Most of the government housing units to be built will be two-bedroom apartments. A total of 500 units will be constructed, including 150 one-bedroom, 300 two-bedroom, and 50 three-bedroom apartments. The construction cost is estimated at €2,325 per square meter. The construction process is expected to start in about a year and a half, with eligible individuals moving in within three years. The goal is to reduce property prices and rents.
