Promotion of Equality and Inclusion at CUT

The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) promotes equality and inclusion in its academic environment. It develops strategies focusing on human rights and equal opportunities, combining actions to ensure a safe space. The new Equality and Accessibility Plan 2025–2028 includes five main pillars, including support for people with disabilities and zero tolerance for discrimination. The strategy is backed by organized implementation and coordination processes. The aim is to promote values that will be integrated into the daily life of the university community.
