Proposal for the Restoration of the Railway Network in Cyprus

The European Union's rail industry is calling on Cyprus to reinstate its railway services. The aim is to ensure military mobility and public contracts through a railway network. The Cypriot Presidency is urged to prioritize reforms regarding rail traffic and cybersecurity. UNIFE's Director General, Enno Wiebe, emphasized the need for changes that will strengthen the railway system in Europe. Cyprus is called upon to cooperate with the EU for the implementation of these objectives.
