He emphasized the educational and social aspects of the program. Coordination is already taking place between various ministries for the initiative's implementation. The Deputy Minister assured that transparent processes will be followed for proposal submissions. The General Accountant stated in a letter that claims of a donation from an American citizen are not valid.
