Assessment of Risks for the General Health System

The risk assessment report for the General Health System identifies 24 potential risks, 17 of which are considered high-level. Many of these relate to external factors such as abuses by providers and beneficiaries. A significant concern is the funding and payment for services rendered to non-eligible individuals. However, the measures taken seem to have reduced the high-level risks. The GHS fund appears to have solid viability until 2032.
