Awaiting Responses Regarding Allegations Against Mayors

The Ministry of Interior is waiting for responses from the Legal Service regarding a new domestic violence allegation against a Mayor. There is also an investigation into Paphos Mayor, Phaedon Phaedonos. The Director-General stated that if a problem arises with Phaedon, the possibility of his suspension will be considered. The process for each case is different, with one starting from the Legal Service and the other from the Police. The decision will be made after it is established whether there is an issue with the Paphos Mayor.
