Proposals for Modernization of Larnaca Port and Marina

The Government presented proposals for the modernization of Larnaca's port and marina, based on a study by the Growth Fund in collaboration with MTBS. They propose three scenarios for the port and three for the marina, aimed at meeting needs until 2055. The government favors the implementation of the second scenario for both infrastructures. The land area will be used to support the port rather than for residential or tourism developments. The process should be carried out quickly and with internal resources.
