Anticipated Changes in the Political Landscape of the Elections

The parliamentary elections on May 24 are expected to be the most unpredictable in Cyprus' history, with significant changes in the political landscape. The traditional parties DISY and AKEL are losing support, while new parties like Alima and Direct Democracy are gaining traction. Additionally, the protest vote is anticipated to play a crucial role in the elections. Currently, there are 27 registered political parties, with at least one more expected before the elections.
