Supreme Court Rejects Lawyer's Application
March 5, 2026
A lawyer, whose license has been suspended for 14 months, tried to provide services to the Ministry of Migration. The Supreme Court rejected his application, stating that he did not present distinct demands to the deputy minister. The lawyer attempted to clarify that the services he sought were unrelated to the legal profession. The Court ruled that he should have first asked the authority to comply before turning to it. His general references were insufficient for the court's consideration of the case.
