Agreement for Four-Day Work Week at Societe Generale Bank – Cyprus

For the first time, Societe Generale Bank – Cyprus has adopted a four-day work week for bank employees following an agreement with ETYK. The agreement also includes other beneficial provisions, such as an increase in vacation days and salary improvements. The four-day work week will be implemented for the months of July and August. Although the bank employs only 100 workers, this agreement is expected to positively impact employees' quality of life. This is a groundbreaking arrangement for the banking sector in Cyprus.
