Allegations of White Phosphorus Use by Israeli Army in Lebanon

Human Rights Watch accuses the Israeli army of illegal use of white phosphorus munitions in residential areas of southern Lebanon. This action occurred over homes and raised significant concerns about the serious consequences for civilians.
