Spread of foot-and-mouth disease in Cyprus with new cases

The foot-and-mouth disease is rapidly spreading in Cyprus, severely impacting the livestock sector. Following the detection of cases in Dali and Yeri, authorities are compelled to take strict measures. The Veterinary Services have declared the affected areas in a state of emergency and are already conducting culling of animals.
