Investigation Underway for Attempted Murder at Nightclub in Protaras

The Famagusta Police is investigating an attempted murder of a 34-year-old nightclub owner in Protaras, who was unharmed despite the gunfire. The assailants are believed to have set a death trap for the young man, who recently had disputes with various persons. A pistol and a magazine were found in the burned vehicle left by the assailants. Police are reviewing surveillance footage from the Pernera area. The incident occurred shortly after midnight, and the assailants fled the scene.
