Delay in Constitutional Amendment for Phone Surveillance

The process of amending the Constitution regarding phone surveillance has led to significant political tension. Although the government demanded modifications to allow surveillance, it ultimately suggested not to proceed with the bill in the Plenary. Consequently, proposals for changes in surveillance legislation remain blocked. Recent amendments made over the years have never been applied in practice.
